The charger and the handheld device work. But when its in the upright mode it doesn't. Could be an easy fix as the battery and the mechanics are in the hand held device.

Just to clarify, as a hand held device the item works fine and it will charge in the upright position.

However when used as an upright vacuum it doesn't work.

The hand held device is great for the sofa and cleaning the car.
