Looking for a bilingual (English & Japanese) warranty/customer service representative,
guy or gal.
-Must be well organized,
-detail oriented,
-have good communication
-and basic computer skills.
For Warranty,
-will be responsible for scheduling,
-communicating with mechanics/customers
-and other misc. duties.
For Customer service,
- Primarily late payment collection.
Other smaller duties are required.
-Knowledge of vehicles is preferred but not necessary.
-A valid Japanese driver's license and visa allowing you to work in Japan is required.
-We DO NOT sponsor.
