It has been disassembled already. And ready for pickup
Condition: Mattress has a slight tear in center. As in the photo. Item has scratches but still useable in good condition
One of the sides has missing screws. But you can find substitutes at a hardware store of base or a store like makeman.
We used it as shown in the picture without one side which we don’t have the screws. It was connected to our bed.
