What are Cardiff Skates?
Cardiff Skates are bootless, strap-in skates that can be worn with your favorite pair of shoes. Unlike traditional inline and roller skates, Cardiff Skates have a patented tri-wheel design and have self-adjusting bindings, resulting in the most stable skate in the industry. This allows skaters of all ages and levels to instantly begin enjoying their skates, and they can even share them among their friends as each skate adjusts to the rider's foot.
How do they work?
Simply put the two base pieces under your heel and toe with the skate open, slide your foot under the front strap and then step onto the skate. The skates will instantly adjust to give you a custom fit. Next, secure one strap per foot using the buckle until the skate is snug over your shoe. And, finally, glide one foot at a time as you would a traditional skate. The tri-wheel base and ability to break from either foot makes Cardiffs the easiest and most balanced skates available on the market.
What is the maximum weight limit?
The recommended maximum weight limit for the S1 skate is 250lbs & the recommended maximum weight limit for the S2 skate is 190lbs.
