2) on call standard cleaning; and 3) PCS cleaning
Standard cleaning means household cleanliness maintenance, and at a minimum includes:
- kitchen (microwave, stove top, sink area, counter surfaces, and floor)
- dining area (cleaning/dusting all horizontal surfaces and floor)
- living / family room(s) (dusting TV/entertainment console and all furniture, and floor)
- bathrooms (mirrors, sinks, tubs, toilets, and floors)
- bedrooms (make beds, dust surfaces, vacuum floors)
This rate is based upon the assumption that the normal house of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths would take 4 hours to clean. Special circumstances can be considered upon your request. You find us easy to work with in addition to being inexpensive.
Laundry, refrigerators, and ovens can be done when you need it done. Just let us know in advance what you will need.
