Thule 822XTR Bike Carrier. $100
Purchased in the US when I was more active in mountain biking and competing in triathlon sprints. The rack can secure two bikes in the bed of a pickup or kei-truck using lockable skewers. The skewers and the telescoping rack all lock using the same key. Thule sells an adapter for those that use through axle.
The Thule 822XTR Bike Carrier will come with the telescoping rack, two bike mounts, and one key that locks all three.
