First off I am on welfare. I need a bicycle. I don't have a car or driver license. I am barely surviving.. I am hoping for a free or dirt cheap bicycle. I don't care if it's rusted, marred, scratched or in very bad shape., All I need it to be fuctional. Meaning at least the brakes work and can properly pedal ..Hopefully a Japanese bicycle because I only have a Japanese air pump. If not an American bicycle pump included would be awesome. Thank you.
