Bought last February 20, 2025 for Yen 204,100 or $1,366.78. I was told I can use this unlocked phone on my US sim card but that wasn't the case. Neither T-Mobile or Verizon can get this brand new phone to work. Samsung Galaxy store from Tokyo where I bought the phone won't accept the return claiming that the phone was not defective. I am now stuck with a phone that only accepts a Japanese phone number/sim. I have yet to get a new US-unlocked phone for my sim card to work. The phone is already resetted to factory settings and is ready to find a new owner. Please help. My lost, your gain.
