I do not know the manufacturer, but do know they were apart of the "Wood Office Furniture Institute". Rectangle with half circle top with, pedestal drawer unit on one side. Front and back are finished. The top has four minor damages, each about 1/4 - 1 inch, the rest has very minor scratches. Beautiful solid walnut outside. Desk is entirely made of solid wood with metal hardware and runners. I do not have the key. This desk comes apart by unscrewing the top, side and middle divider. It has been to 6 countries and still looks great. I hate to sell it, but I am getting ready to retire and need to downsize.
